How to Connect
In RocketVerifier open Dashboard → Integrations → Postmark, paste the credentials below (a Postmark Server API token and the basic-auth credentials for the webhook) and click Connect. They are validated against the platform before anything is saved.

Credentials are stored encrypted and are only ever sent to the platform's own API hosts.

Bounce Feed Setup
The webhook URL is shown on the integration page in the dashboard and has the form:
Copy the webhook URL from the integration page and add your username and password to it: https://<username>:<password>@api.rocketverifier.com/webhooks/connectors/postmark/{integration_id}.
In Postmark open Server → Message Stream → Webhooks → Add webhook, paste that URL and enable Bounce (and Spam Complaint).
Enter the same username and password in the integration settings. Deliveries with other credentials are rejected.
- HardBounce, BadEmailAddress and similar → hard bounce; SoftBounce, Transient, DnsError and similar → soft bounce; SpamComplaint → complaint. De-duplicated on the bounce id.
- RocketVerifier also reads Postmark's bounces API once a day, one day at a time.
- Hard bounces and complaints are added to your auto-managed suppression list Bounces & complaints (auto); soft bounces are recorded only. Hard bounces of addresses we verified as deliverable are refunded under the bounce guarantee.
Beta: the Postmark connector is new. Sync reports list every contact that could not be updated; please tell us if something looks wrong.
