Typeform Integration

Beta

Webhook-based verification of form responses

Typeform forms cannot run third-party JavaScript, so emails are checked after submission: RocketVerifier registers a signed webhook on the forms you choose, verifies each response's email and sends you the result as an email.verified webhook event. Existing responses can be verified in bulk with a sync.

Not listed in the Typeform Connect directory. Connect from the RocketVerifier dashboard (Integrations โ†’ Typeform) with OAuth or a personal access token.

Acting on Results

Responses are immutable, so nothing is written back to Typeform. To tag the lead in a CRM or drop it from a sequence, subscribe a webhook to email.verified and branch on data.source, or use the RocketVerifier Trigger in n8n, Zapier or Make.

email.verified from a Typeform response
{
  "event": "email.verified",
  "data": {
    "email": "jane@acme.com",
    "status": "deliverable",
    "sub_status": "none",
    "score": 96,
    "classification": "valid",
    "disposable": "no",
    "accept_all": "no",
    "catch_all_verdict": null,
    "verified_at": "2026-10-15T10:31:40Z",
    "source": "typeform",
    "integration_id": "...",
    "source_id": "<form id>",
    "contact_id": "<response token>",
    "job_id": "..."
  }
}

The email comes from the field you configure (field ref / id, or a hidden-field name), else the first answer of type email, else a hidden field named email. Accounts with EU data residency use the EU API host (integration setting region = "eu").

Typeform Connector

How to Connect

1

In RocketVerifier open Dashboard โ†’ Integrations โ†’ Typeform and click Connect. You are sent to Typeform to approve access, then back to the dashboard. Alternatively paste a Typeform personal access token with the same access.

2

Pick the forms to watch. RocketVerifier registers a signed webhook on each one.

Tokens are stored encrypted and, where the platform issues expiring tokens, refreshed automatically. If access is revoked the integration is marked as needing re-authorization; reconnect it from the dashboard.

What It Syncs

Sources

Any form (completed responses).

Incremental syncs

Responses submitted since the last sync.

Schedules & Credits

  • Schedule: Manual only, Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Each run syncs the source chosen in the settings; Sync now starts one immediately. Only one sync runs per integration at a time.
  • Mode: Full re-checks every contact in the source except those verified in the last N days (default 30, 0-365); Incremental only checks contacts changed since the last sync.
  • Each sync creates a regular verification job: 1 credit per unique address, and unknown results are refunded when it completes. If the balance is too low the sync stops with insufficient_credits before anything is charged.
  • Results are written back when the job completes; the sync history in the dashboard shows updated, failed and skipped counts per run.

Write-back

Typeform responses cannot be edited, so nothing is written back. Each result is sent as an email.verified webhook event with data.source = "typeform".

Auto-verify New Contacts

On by default for Typeform: registering the webhook is the opt-in. Deliveries carry Typeform-Signature: sha256=<base64 HMAC> with a per-integration secret and are checked against the raw body.

Every new contact costs 1 credit. Addresses this integration verified in the last 30 days are skipped, and webhook events are de-duplicated for 24 hours, so platform retries never charge twice.

Beta: the Typeform connector is new. Sync reports list every contact that could not be updated; please tell us if something looks wrong.
