How to Connect
In RocketVerifier open Dashboard → Integrations → monday.com and click Connect. You are sent to monday.com to approve access, then back to the dashboard. Alternatively paste a monday.com personal API token.
Pick the source to sync, the schedule and the write-back options in the integration settings, then click Sync now or wait for the schedule.
| Field | Required | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Personal API token (instead of OAuth) | Optional | monday.com Developer Center → API token. New-item webhooks need the OAuth connection. |
Tokens are stored encrypted and, where the platform issues expiring tokens, refreshed automatically. If access is revoked the integration is marked as needing re-authorization; reconnect it from the dashboard.
What It Syncs
Sources
Any board, or a single group of a board. The email column is the one you configure (column id or title), else the board's first Email column, else a column titled "Email". Email addresses inside text columns are read too.
Incremental syncs
Items whose updated_at is after the last sync (filtered by RocketVerifier; monday has no "updated since" filter, so every page is read).
Schedules & Credits
- Schedule: Manual only, Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Each run syncs the source chosen in the settings; Sync now starts one immediately. Only one sync runs per integration at a time.
- Mode: Full re-checks every contact in the source except those verified in the last N days (default 30, 0-365); Incremental only checks contacts changed since the last sync.
- Each sync creates a regular verification job: 1 credit per unique address, and
unknownresults are refunded when it completes. If the balance is too low the sync stops withinsufficient_creditsbefore anything is charged. - Results are written back when the job completes; the sync history in the dashboard shows updated, failed and skipped counts per run.
Write-back
Fields ("Write status fields")
RV Email StatusRV Email Sub-statusRV Email ScoreRV Verified AtRV Email Recommendation
Board columns, found by id or title and created on the board on first write-back (Text columns, Numbers for the score). Written 25 items per request; a rejected item is isolated so the rest of the batch succeeds.
Status values are deliverable, undeliverable, risky and unknown (disposable addresses are undeliverable, catch-all addresses unknown). Sub-status is a sub_status value (none when there is no extra detail), score is 0-100 and verified-at is an ISO 8601 UTC timestamp.
Action Rules
In the integration settings, pick an action per result: Invalid, Disposable, Risky, Catch-all, Unknown or Valid. Actions run after the field/tag write-back.
Move to list
Moves the item to the group you pick (moveToListId: a group id, or <boardId>/<groupId> to limit it to one board). Undo moves it back to the group it was read from.
DeleteNot in dashboard yet
Archives the item (restorable from the board archive for 30 days), or deletes it when deleteMode is delete.
Auto-verify New Contacts
Turn on Auto-verify new contacts. RocketVerifier creates a create_item webhook on each synced board and answers monday's challenge request automatically. Each delivery carries a JWT signed with the RocketVerifier app's signing secret and is checked before the new item is re-read to get its email; sub-items are ignored. Webhooks require the OAuth connection (monday does not sign webhooks created with a personal token).
Every new contact costs 1 credit. Addresses this integration verified in the last 30 days are skipped, and webhook events are de-duplicated for 24 hours, so platform retries never charge twice.
Boards have no tags or unsubscribe state, so write-back is column-based and the remove actions are move to a group or archive.
monday's Basic and Standard plans allow 1,000 API calls per day. A sync that reaches the limit stops with a rate-limit error until it resets at midnight UTC.
