How to Connect
In RocketVerifier open Dashboard → Integrations → Microsoft Dynamics 365, enter your environment URL (e.g. https://contoso.crm4.dynamics.com) and click Connect. You are sent to Microsoft to sign in with your work account and approve access to that environment, then back to the dashboard.
Create the five columns below on both Contact and Lead before the first write-back.
Pick the source to sync, the schedule and the write-back options in the integration settings, then click Sync now or wait for the schedule.
Tokens are stored encrypted and, where the platform issues expiring tokens, refreshed automatically. If access is revoked the integration is marked as needing re-authorization; reconnect it from the dashboard.
What It Syncs
Sources
All active Contacts, all open Leads, both, any static marketing list of Contacts or Leads, and any system or personal view of Contacts or Leads.
Incremental syncs
Records with modifiedon after the last sync. The email verified is emailaddress1.
Schedules & Credits
- Schedule: Manual only, Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Each run syncs the source chosen in the settings; Sync now starts one immediately. Only one sync runs per integration at a time.
- Mode: Full re-checks every contact in the source except those verified in the last N days (default 30, 0-365); Incremental only checks contacts changed since the last sync.
- Each sync creates a regular verification job: 1 credit per unique address, and
unknownresults are refunded when it completes. If the balance is too low the sync stops withinsufficient_creditsbefore anything is charged. - Results are written back when the job completes; the sync history in the dashboard shows updated, failed and skipped counts per run.
Write-back
Fields ("Write status fields")
new_rv_emailstatus (Single line of text, 40)new_rv_emailsubstatus (Single line of text, 80)new_rv_emailscore (Whole number, 0 to 100)new_rv_verifiedat (Date and time)new_rv_emailrecommendation (Single line of text, 20)
Dataverse columns on Contact and Lead. new_ is the default publisher prefix; set your own prefix (fieldPrefix) or map existing column logical names in the integration settings. Column metadata is checked before each write-back and missing columns are reported by name. Each record is updated individually.
Status values are deliverable, undeliverable, risky and unknown (disposable addresses are undeliverable, catch-all addresses unknown). Sub-status is a sub_status value (none when there is no extra detail), score is 0-100 and verified-at is an ISO 8601 UTC timestamp.
Action Rules
In the integration settings, pick an action per result: Invalid, Disposable, Risky, Catch-all, Unknown or Valid. Actions run after the field/tag write-back.
Unsubscribe
Sets donotbulkemail and donotemail to true (only donotbulkemail with optOutBulkOnly). The previous values are recorded, so Undo restores exactly what was there.
Move to list
Adds the record to the static marketing list you pick (moveToListId). Contacts go to Contact lists, Leads to Lead lists; dynamic and locked lists are skipped.
DeleteNot in dashboard yet
Deletes the Contact or Lead record.
Creating Dataverse columns needs System Customizer or admin rights and a solution publisher, so the columns are created by you, once, with your publisher prefix. RocketVerifier only reads and writes them.
Dynamic marketing lists are not offered as a source; sync the matching view instead.
New-contact webhooks are not offered for Dynamics 365. Scheduled incremental syncs pick up new and changed records.
Commercial and GCC environments (<org>.crm<N>.dynamics.com) are supported. GCC High and China cloud environments use other sign-in hosts and are not accepted.
